EXCLUSIVE: Katrina Kaif’s “kaleeras” had birds with unique messages from the Bible given by Dulhan herself


After getting married in an intimate ceremony, Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif have finally embarked on their new journey as a man and woman. The couple got married on December 09 in the presence of close friends and family at Six Senses Fort Barwara in Rajasthan. Their royal wedding was preceded by a Sangeet and Mehendi ceremony.

After remaining silent and keeping their fans waiting for a glimpse of their beautiful romance, Vicky and Katrina finally broke the good news by sharing their priceless first photos as a married couple, clicked by Wedding Filmers. The jaw-dropping images wowed fans of the actors, but what caught everyone’s attention were the bride’s stunning “Kaleera” and “chooda”. And now Pinkvilla has exclusively learned that her “kaleeras” were designed by Anaita Shroff Adajania and designed by Rahul Luthra and Mrinalini Chandra. It featured bespoke bird charms with personalized messages from the bride herself. Each bracelet bore 6 to 7 messenger doves. The bride wore it before her ‘chooda’. Our source also revealed that the “kaleeras” contained words from the Bible like Cleo, Elysian.

We also learned that Katrina sported a rectangular platinum blue ring that featured a double row of round brilliant diamonds sourced from Tiffany Soleste valued at Rs 7,41,000 ($ 9,800). While Vicky Kaushal adorned a platinum Tiffany Classic wedding ring valued at Rs 1,28,580 ($ 1,700).

For outfits, the newlyweds looked stunning as Katrina wore a traditional red wedding attire from Sabyasachi, while Vicky Kaushal wore a traditional white sherwani also beautifully designed by Sabyasachi.
